1. What does My Birth Bloom sell?

We offer a range of personalised gifts inspired by UK birth flowers, including mugs, cushions, tote bags, baby grows, digital art, calendars, and more. All items are thoughtfully designed to celebrate life’s special moments.

2. Do you offer customisation?

Yes! Most of our products can be personalised with a name or message. Just enter your custom details on the product page when placing your order.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our personalised items are made to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but UK orders generally arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to selected countries. We hope to expand to more international destinations in the near future.

5. What is your return policy?

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@mybirthbloom.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem.

6. Can I return a digital product?

All digital downloads are non-refundable. However, if you encounter a problem with your file or download, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards, and other trusted payment providers listed at checkout.

8. How will I receive my digital download?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital product. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

9. I made a mistake with my personalisation. Can I change it?

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us immediately at info@mybirthbloom.com. We’ll do our best to update your order if it hasn’t already gone into production.
